The laboratory of Infectious Disease, headed by Prof. Giulia Marchetti (https://www.scopus.com/authid/detail.uri?authorId=35518528600), offers a dynamic working environment within a stimulating scientific surrounding.
Our laboratory performs in vitro and ex vivo research to understand the relationship between immune cells and bacteria at mucosal surfaces in both homeostatic and pro-inflammatory conditions specifically due to HIV, HCV and HPV infections.
We offer:
• A 1-year fellowship position
• The candidate will have access to state-of-the-art tools and facilities
• The lab is located in Milan, San Paolo University Hospital, via A. di Rudinì, 8 – 20142
Esperienza minima:
Profile of the candidate:
• The candidate must hold a master degree in the field of human biology (PhD is desirable)
• Expertise in working with human cell cultures
• Expertise in vitro and ex vivo molecular and cellular biology techniques
• Proficiency in flow cytometry
• Proficiency in oral and written English is desirable
